Colorado’s First Mail Preparation Total Quality
Management (MPTQM) Certified Mailer receives Fourth
Denver, CO, October 15, 2007 —
Rocky Mountain Mail Services (RMMS)
recently received recertification and designation as a Quality Mail
Partner in the U.S. Postal Service’s Mail Preparation Total Quality
Management (MPTQM) program.
MPTQM is based upon three internationally recognized
quality methodologies- ISO 9000, the Malcolm Baldridge Performance
Excellence criteria, and Total Quality Management. By merging the
relevant principles of these programs into MPTQM, commercial mailers
and the Postal Service have created a mailing industry benchmark for
customer service and product quality.
